Fit4Life Virtual Challenge

September 26th – October 12th

This year we are offering a fitness challenge that can be completed in your own neighborhood, at a park, or even the local mountainside. Sign up and then gather some friends, decide on a challenge, and, of course, plan how you’ll celebrate afterwards!

Best of all, all the proceeds go to serving the 1,400 women and children supported by Gabriel Network’s Helpline, Angel Friend Teams, and Maternity Homes this year.

Choose your adventure and sign up today! There’s something for everyone.

Get Your Packet

Come to our Crofton office 9/30 or 10/2 between 8am-2:30pm to pick up your Shirt and Packet! If not, we’ll send it to you by mail.

And Go!

Choose where and when you want to do it, and go for it!

So What Are The Challenges?

We’re so glad you asked. There’s something for everyone, whether you are an expert runner, a rugged outdoorsman, or a mom pushing a stroller around the block.

5k

Run or walk 3.1 miles in your neighborhood, on a track course, a trail, or on a treadmill – the possibilities are endless!

1 Mile

Just like the 5K, except less miles!

.1 Mile “Dash”

Yes, that decimal is in the right place. Participate with kids of all ages and see who runs the fastest. For some added fun, check out our medal categories and compete to become the slowest .1 Mile Walker!

Cycling 10K Challenge

Hop on your bike and ride around your neighborhood or discover a new biking trail. You can even participate using a stationary bike at the gym or in your own home! To complete the challenge, log at least 6.21 miles on your bike at one time.

Outdoor Adventure

The perfect group challenge to complete with family or friends! Go for a hike, kayak, camp, stargaze – the sky is (literally) the limit! Winners in this category will be the ones who impress our team of expert judges the most with their creativity!

Endurance + Strength Workout

Our take on the famous “Murph” Workout, with 25 reps of workouts commemorating 25 years of Gabriel Network!

To be performed at one time:

1 Mile Run

25 Burpees

25 push ups

25 squats

25 lunges

1 Mile run

Anything Else?

Winner Divisions

We will be recognizing and awarding participants for their competitiveness and endurance as well as their creativity.
